Donation Refund Policy
If you change your mind about contributing to the SRCCF, we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution. To request a refund, you can either fill out our contact form, email us at email@example.com, call (815)252-2906 or write to SRCCF at 718 Columbus Street, Ottawa, IL 61350. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution for non-participant donors. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number from the original receipt.
SRCCF respects and protects your privacy. We will never sell or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. When you make a donation, your name will be included in SRCCF annual reports and other publications. If you do not wish to share your name, or you choose to make your donation anonymously, SRCCF will not publish your name.
When you create an account with SRCCF, you will receive an acknowledgment of your donation for your records, and occasional email and postal delivery updates. If you do not wish to hear from us, kindly give us a call at 815-252-2906.
