The Giving Initiative

The Giving Initiative, a fund to benefit Marseilles and Seneca communities, was founded by Erin Stuedemann. 

In the words of the fundholder, Erin Stuedemann... "Marseilles and Seneca are small in population and abundant in natural beauty. I’ve served these close-knit rural communities for decades, and I believe with the creation of this Designated Fund, I can make a positive impact in our community and so can you." 

"I created The Giving Initiative to provide a central fund for caring donors to join together to meet the needs of our community. When connected with resources, the quality of life is naturally enhanced," Erin continued. "Part of helping my clients find “home” is ensuring they live in a strong community; this is what the Community Foundation and The Giving Initiative aim to achieve."
