B+B Smartworx Scholarship for Engineering, Science and Technology

The B+B SmartWorx Scholarship was established for two high school graduating seniors who will pursue a career in science, technology or engineering.

Carol & Dick Janko Scholarship for Promising Entrepreneurs

The Carol and Dick Janko Scholarship for Promising Entrepreneurs is awarded annually to high school and/or college graduates from LaSalle, Bureau, Livingston and Putnam Counties wishing to further their education to become local entrepreneurs.

Corbin Buress Superhero Fund

The Corbin Burress Superhero Fund was established to benefit those who have confronted similar obstacles in life that Corbin has.

Ethel McConnell Donor Advised Fund

Ethel McConnell, long-time Seneca resident and a teacher in the Seneca school district, created a Donor Advised Fund in honor of her late husband Ed McConnell to continue their generous charitable giving in their community for many years.

Jump Simulation Fund

The Jump Simulation Fund was established to provide 50% scholarships to schools throughout Starved Rock Country who send students to the center to experience hands-on simulation training in many areas of the medical field.

Mac-Aero Scholarship for Aeronautics and Aviation

The Mac-Aero Scholarship for Aeronautics and Aviation was established to provide funds for high school graduates of LaSalle, Bureau, Putnam or Livingston Counties pursuing a degree in the field of Aviation and/or Aeronautics.

Rising Star Scholarship

The Rising Star Scholarship created by Ethel McConnell is for graduating high school seniors who reside in Marseilles or Seneca and enroll at Illinois State University to purse a teaching degree in Elementary Education.

Starved Rock Regional Center Endowment Fund

The Starved Rock Regional Center for Therapy and Child Development Endowment Fund was established to ensure that the Center will be able to withstand variances in the economy, government funding, event profits, and major changes to the overall resources of the Center.

Tucker Tillman Award

Tom Tillman, an outstanding athlete and charismatic leader at Marquette High School, was tragically killed in an auto accident in 1973. Through the generosity of Shalanda Rabadan, the niece of Tucker Tillman, the Thomas Tucker Tillman Scholarship Fund was created through the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation.

Waltham Education Foundation Fund

The Waltham Elementary Foundation (WEEF) is an independent, not-for-profit charitable foundation whose mission is to provide an organization through which charitable giving can improve the educational opportunities and experiences for the students of Waltham Elementary School District #185.
